Apologies for butting in with a tangential question, but can weather files from other versions of Microsoft simulators be used in MSFS?
I suspect the answer is no, but I do know that FSX flightplans are usable.
Cheers,
Allan

Re: Control surface issue in FS9
Two possibilities come to mind.
Either your saved fight has the autopilot set on, or more likely you have a joystick/controller that has drifted out of alignment.
The latter can be fixed by doing a calibration of the controller. Mine drifts out every couple of flights.

Re: importing pictures from an iphone se 2020 to a windows 10 laptop
Thanks Ben, That is really helpful. I have an android phone so things apple are alien territory to me. We had managed a backup of the old phone several months ago, but now being at the age where suspicious draughts round the knees on leaving the house make me nervously check that I have put my trous...

importing pictures from an iphone se 2020 to a windows 10 laptop
As it says above, a friend is having difficulty importing pictures from a replacement iphone se 2020 to a windows 10 laptop. Their previous iphone linked up ok, sadly I do not know but suspect an older version of the SE, but now the "new" iphone does not want to play to upload pictures fro...

I missed that, but will not speculate on its contents! The Caledonia Bank sketch is one of my all-time favourites though.

Largely irrelevant rant follows:  I used to work for part of SSE and one thing that truly bugs me is the way that the sale of the domestic supply arm was and still is being handled by the parent organisation. The domestic supply arm was always a relatively small element of the power generation...

I have noticed a number of such tales from (choose your town) live.co etc. websites. Mostly on msn newsfeeds. My wife keeps quoting them from her yahoo feed too. I suspect they are mostly click bait. I have seen advice that 9 to 3 is now safer than 10 to 2, particularly for small steering wheels, du...

Re: Solstice Sadness
When I worked at a Scottish petrochemical site many moons ago there was one dour engineer whose party trick was to proclaim, "Aye, the nights are fair drawing in." every year a day after the summer solstice.

Re: Ouch!
Must get SWMBO booked up for a trip in this Rapide! 17 years ago I watched it light up the starboard wing fabric with a backfire from the engine on start-up, and apparently it repeated the start-up trick in 2012. At least they got their flight this time. I wonder at what time the attending firemen a...
