Re: Real Time Acceleration
On this subject, do people tend to use acceleration? I don't but just wondered what the general feeling/opinion is?

Re: Anyone use INS??
When I used to fly VC10s for RAFVirtual I used INS and thought that once you have the hang of it it's very good, likewise with Concorde.
The DME update takes a bit to work out, and I made myself a checklist for it but I enjoy the navigation more than the flying so it was ideal for me.
Stick with it!

Re: Just Saying Hello :)
Hello, My subscription to PC Pilot is due and I'm in two minds. It is now all FSX, which I have but don't use a lot, but the main thing that irritates me is that nothing they write about in their tutorial is default or free. I have lots of payware, but, for example, they ran a gliding intro last iss...
Grrrr!
Damn machine! Flying the CBF2006 from Manchester to Dusseldorf, on IVAO, and FS decides to have a paddy when I'm 10nm out. FS Airlines boots me out, 1:15 "wasted"! I'm trying my best to get my 10 revenue flights on the Trident in so I can go for a rating on the HS748 to give me a nice rang...

Lovely, thanks all for that. I'll try DMs cfg change and see how I go on.

Trim alterations and FSNavigator
Morning chaps. I hope you all had a nice Christmas. Two questions; 1) How would I alter the .cfg file to make trim adjustments less severe. I have a few aircraft that I just cannot trim. One flick of the switch makes a big change in trim. (Well, not BIG but not tiny and precise) And 2) does anyone k...

Re: What have we had this year then?
First Class Simulations Wellington, books on the British Aircraft Industry in the late 40's onwards and Yorkshire WWII airfields. Bits of kit for work and cadets and the usual nice things, port, clothes etc.
Anyone got the Wellington?

What do you think of the Go Flight stuff Dave?
I'm under no illusion that I'm a very lucky boy to be allowed to have space to "play my games"!!!

Saitek Switches
Evening chaps, Has anyone got or had experience with any of the Saitek Pro Flight switch panels? I'd like to know your thoughts if so. I've bought my good lady wife a laptop so this has liberated the computer for my sole use. I've now been granted gracious permission to "extend"! I looked ...
