I also had the RFP back when it was payware. Wasn't too happy to see it as freeware on Avsim. Believe it or not, saw it recently still available as payware on one of the more popular seller sites.
I heard some of the freight operators used it as sort of a systems trainer for those new to the 747.

The first one was a standard, the second one was a 500. The way to tell is the door behind the wing. The standard has a large and small door. Never could understand the logic behind that dinky little door. Probably something to do with evacuation requirements.

The procedures cartoons in the end of the documentation show they are from the C-140 Tech Order. Is it possible that the military version had four reversers and Lockheed went with two for the civil model (-23)?
