I've got the Saitek/Logitech ones and have had them since 2008 - they work very well but after a long hard life mine have lost the toe-brake springiness so I'll be replacing them soon with exactly the same thing

Taken some getting used to using Blender instead of FSDS but its getting there. I'm intending it to include a full interior set of crew stations. Already got several of them done. Having just had a look at the basic A320 model in Blender though I'm going to have to up my game a bit!

There are also complete and partial Nimrod airframes at various locations around the country. I volunteer at Manchester airport looking after XV231 and tours are available around the aircraft. If you get to Scotland Moravia at Kinloss is a good visit with an enormous amount of local Nimrod expertise...
