Re: SNAFU..........got no idea

Seaking - I don't know if it is a coincedence or not, but my Kapersky was switched off this morning when I booted up the laptop.

I switched it back on and carried out a scan, all seems OK. The laptop has been running slow for two or three days though.

Good luck with the format etc.

Re: UK2000 Belfast Xtreme released

Great scenery as are all of Gary's UK airfields are. My one and only flight into Aldergrove was on a Trident 3B which was a Super Shuttle flight from Heathrow, on a buisness trip. I don't remember much about the airfield but Niel Kinnock (Labour party leader at the time) and his enterage were on boa...

Re: Bristol Britannia from me...

What a great surprise thanks Jens. I have been using Mike Stone's Britannia a few times but unfortunately have had trouble with it. This one is terrific and flies very well and in FSX as well! :welldone: The Britannia was the first aircraft I flew in. It was from Stansted to Aden in June 1962. It wa...

Re: PAD 360 Repaints please?

Great to see the 360 in those colours. G-SSWC was reregistered as G-TMRA and I saw it regularly in 2007 when visiting Benbecula on buisness. Any chance of amending the registration? Here it is in May 2007. http://i54.photobucket.com/albums/g109/Daviation/flightsim/g-tmra-Benbecula9-5-07800x599.jpg I...

My vote is for the RAF Argosy 660 - I have some section views of the Argosy from Aeroplane magazine, which I could scan and send to you if required.

Re: British Eagle BAC 1-11?

Glad you found it Dom. I agree AVSIM can be frustrating, but in this case I just typed in British Eagle and it was the 4th file on the list.

Re: New PC for Flight Sim

Well I ordered the PC, thanks to all for your inputs. It arrived OK and I have spent the time installing my software. PCSpecialists were very good and kept me informed at all stages of build via email. It took longer to build and deliver than expected but that was OK for me as we were away when it w...

Re: New PC for Flight Sim

Ooops thanks for the clarification Ben.

I am going with the Quad CPU, two drives and 600w PSU. It is still within my budget. Order will be placed later this week with delivery expected within 2 weeks.
I'll let you know how it goes.

Thanks for all your inputs.
