An FSAirlines beta client decided that Heathrow 27L was underwater and gave me a 50% rating for the flight!!!
I believe this to be a software bug, I have marked the flight for review but I believe that will not reinstate my rating score here on CBFS.
Any way to get that restored to 100%?

Re: Andovers
I moved two back to EGVN and one to EGQS (on 10th)
I then flew one to EGAA, where the weather was 800 metres visibility and cloud overcast at 200 feet, so right on the limit!

Andovers
Moved myself to EGVN (Brize niceone) today to fly an Andover (A780)
According to the Fleet Status I was the last to fly each and every Andover, yet THREE of them are NOT where I left them according to their own flight logs!
What's going on?

Re: PC Dying
I can't identify which fan is squealing, I've tried stopping each in turn without success.
I checked Task Manager (CTRL SHIFT ESC gets there quicker) but there doesnt seem to be anything hogging the CPU

Re: PC Dying
I have "re-gooed" my CPU, marginal improvement in temperatures (down from 100 to 97!) Still squealing (but not as often and maybe not as bad) and still getting V poor performance from FSX, frame rates used to sit happily in the high 20s all the time, now varying between TWO and 20 so conte...

Re: PC Dying
At the moment they are offering a "Lenovo THINKCENTRE M900 Mini Tower PC Intel Core I7-6700 Quad Core Up To 4.00ghz Processor 16GB Ram 512GB SSD DVDRW 1GB Graphics Windows 10 Professional" I had a look at that one, it says it has "Slots PCI Express x1 (Gen 3.x) x 1, PCI Express x16 (G...

Re: PC Dying
Well I've established that the CPU is getting HOT "Core Temp" (other temp monitors are available) reports four cores sitting at about 40C at rest; run FSX and they all rapidly rise to 100C (reported max permissible for the Intel Core i5 4690K is 105) and stay very close to that, so I guess...

Re: PC Dying
SSD, no fan on front (big one on side of case)
Hard to check the PSU as it has to be all switched off to get at that but I loosened it the other day and gave it a clean.
It's been behaving itself so far today

PC Dying
I think my PC is on its last legs. IT starts up and runs OK but once it gets under a significant load (like running FSX) an awful squealing noise starts up from the main case and performance takes a nosedive (frame rate down from 30 to maybe TWO) It sounds like a fan rattling round in its bearings, ...

Re: XPlane12
We've got X-Plane (not sire if it's 11 or 12) on a PC at my Air Cadets' squadron. On start up the controls (specifically throttle, others to a lesser degree) simply don't work. I have to recalibrate, change aircraft, and repeat a few times before they work consistently. Any experts here have any sug...
