Re: Internet Providers.

I have now been with Plusnet for some years ( I am on my second contract ) and pay about £30 month including all calls at all times to landlines. It really depends how many outgoing calls to landlines you make as to whether this is a good deal or not. What its speed would be like for your area I can...

Re: Chasing the Mac

Ben : thank you very much . The reason I asked is that we are fairly slow here in the NW, with download speeds last time I looked of about 4.8 M bits/sec . I have been wondering for a while whether to have a go at FS2020, but there wasn't a lot of point if it would not work without much faster speed...

Re: Chasing the Mac

One of the things which interests me about the fantastic shots which Paul and now Ben have produced is the specification of the internet link in each case, to enable this level of detail to be acquired " on the fly" as it were? Are the links of fantastically sophisticated specification and...

Re: Caravelle

I think it is probably because your default flight has been saved at some stage with engines stopped. I should select your Caravelle, start the engines, and then save this flight as your default flight ( or indeed you can do it with any other type of aircraft aslong as the flight is saved as the def...

Re: WHY?

I could not agree more with the sentiments expressed here . I would only add one thing : earlier there was reference to the UK now having little gun crime , but sadly that has now been replaced by a horrific increase in the use of knives, often lethally. We need to put a stop to that as well

Re: Ukraine

I cannot agree that there is paralysis because of fear of nuclear war. The collaborative ventures of USAF, RAF, Italian, Swedish , Polish and other air forces are to be seen daily patrolling the fringes of Russia , both with reconnaissance aircraft, tankers, and fighters, together with daily unmanne...

Re: Very brave real pilots…

I don't want to throw cold water on this very generous effort, but to be clear the supplies are flown to Rzeszow in Poland and then transported by ground transport into Ukraine. They presumably do these flights from Germany because Rszeszow is not served by direct commercial flights from Germany, al...
