Hi Nigel

Build your own or let Chris Barret (Charlie Bravo) give you a spec to get built.

If you ask for 64bit you should be fine.

I can build one but your too far away to do it easily.

Rick :wink:

Hi Nigel

Make sure you buy 64bit as it is going that way. :wink:

AMD for gaming.
INTEL for design & rendering.

Hi Clem

sounds to me like you don't have "See Self" function turned on in FS9.

As the views of the VC will only show from the 2d panel if the function is turned on (Off by default I think).

FS9.cfg

"Graphics" section
SEE_SELF=1

Hope this helps ?.

Hi Chris My past experience of leaked info by Project managers and the like is they talk a lot of twaddle. I will believe it when i have FSX and i mean nothing bad with that statement :wink: I have also read that but it's been contradicted in many other leaked snippets of information. I'm more inter...

Hi Peter I think i get what you mean. :wink: Basically the ability to remove the VC view from the S-shift S sequence. That would be a very handy thing but i fear that FSX will be VC only from all the rubbish speculated stuff i have read. :doh: Good idea though and i would have thought do-able with s...

Hi Neil My 748 also already has no VC models inside the files.(not documented) By the way i was only speaking for me about tha VC/Non VC thing being a pain. The 1-11 has an extremely accurate VC and the viewpoint is placed correctly. To be honest i think you need TRackIR to use the VC effectively. I...

???? :sad: there are no 2d panel views in a VC model. they will both try to display at the same time so there are none. When you look left & right you see the VC. All of you simmers that don't like VC's need to realise how hard it is to try and keep a stable of models upto date when a few people...
