I'm not keen on this particular VC either ( I've installed the crew-less one ), but I'll use it in the cruise when I haven't got anything critical to do.

I know it's been said many times before in this forum, but hats off to Alphasim once again for giving us the less well known and not-so-glamorous aircraft. This Hampden typifies what they do so well, and it looks terrific too!

Yes, thats quite incredible; it went through the ice and was then recovered and dragged ashore.

Seen that B52 crash a number of times, and its awful. I've heard that the pilot, a Lt. Col. had a reputation for pushing things a little too far, and some aircrew in his squadron had refused to fly with him. How true that is I don't know, but thats the story I remember from the time.
