I think this stems from the fact that default aircraft, and those bought at the in-game Marketplace, are all going to be streamed as and when needed. Add-on aircraft bought outside the sim, e.g ...

Where did you read that there would no longer be a Community folder in FS24, Nigel ? Everything I've read, from add-on developers to MS/Asobo themselves, confirms there will be one.
