This is interesting. Just finished reading 'Vulcan Test Pilot' and it says that the Vulcan was more unstable the faster it got. it used to pitch down around mach 0.95 and required increasing amounts of up elevator up to mach 0.98 when there was no more elevator travel left and the only way was down....

The 3 axis are for throttle, prop pitch and mixture. I use the detent on the throttle for reverse thrust.

Bought one last month, (yoke and quadrant) a bit of a fiddle regarding setting up but has now settled down and I wonder how I ever managed without it. The yoke has 3 usb ports plus one socket for the quadrant so your rudder pedals may well work.
