Re: Alpha Tornado released!!!
I'm not a Tornado F.* fan (Prefer the GR's) but from the screenshots I've seen she look not bad at all.

Re: From Anti-Virus to Firewall
There really is nowt wrong with the MS one mate. Its like all these people who never run windows update to patch the opperating system, then complain that they get nasties. If you update your computer regularly and run a good AV you'll be fine.

Re: From Anti-Virus to Firewall
When you say purchased Nigel... i take it you mean downloaded the trial?
Umm, yep, your right (or at least thats my reading of it.) I think you'd be better off with the suites rather than just the AV nigel.

Re: From Anti-Virus to Firewall
Nigel, does Kaspersky not have an inbuilt firewall? I'm pretty certain it does. This is why it won't work with Zonalarm. You shouldn't have more than one firewall running at a time.
As a general rule, the Internet Suite type packages include everything, not just the AV. ;-)

Re: Secret Scramble Screenie
I have to say, in FSX, theres just no point in a 2D panel, so I'm very happy to see the VC.

Re: Advice on Anti-Virus Programmes
Hi Ralph,
Not sure I follow it. Kaspersky (and Trend) offer these functions in their own product. Is this a re badged Kaspersky?

Re: Advice on Anti-Virus Programmes
Try both Nigel!!!!
Most (if not all) work on an anual license, hence the no auto renew. The last time I renewed I got the new version and 2 years of updates for £30... and also have it installed on 3 PC's... £5 per PC per year... not bad.
That was a few years ago now though.
