Re: The Dividing Line Where Standard Meets Metric

Heard on the TV news last night - snowfalls are expected to be between 20 & 30 centimetres and up to 1 foot in places. 8)

Re: Obviously either Tonks or one of his colleagues

Getting really sad - whilst watching the first clip, caught myself hitting [Shift Z] to bring up the top info line :((
Otherwise - great viewing :welldone:

Re: Auster acft as a bomber!!!

Well, Ralph's AOP-9 had large dummy flare tubes fitted under it for display purposes. He told me thay did nothing to improve the flight performance. :worried:
As for slinging bombs under an Auster ! daft - I call it. :hide:

Re: Christmas is Coming!!!!

Well, let's see now - I've built the J1 Autocrat, the J5-B (Gipsy engine), J5-V (Lycoming), AOP-6, T-7 trainer, T-7 on floats & skis, AOP-9, Aiglet Trainer, and now the MK-3. By my count that leaves only another 44 to go  However, many were just re-engined versions, a few were designed, but...

Re: Not another Bloody Auster

Leif is too much of a gent to mention it but - The correct and quickest place to get help and answers to the aircraft at http://classicbritishfiles.com is on our Site Support Forum there which is where many of the builders & painters hang out. I've checked the files out and here's no problems in...

Re: The next pandemic...

Thats serious! it's clearly spreading across the country . I found that I'd come down with it, when waking this morning. I think I caught it off one of the others on our multiplayer flight last night. It must be a coincidence that I imbibed an enjoyable quantity of jolly-juice during the evening. I'...

I can smell the Bass Rock from here 8) and no Garry, it doesn't smell of beer
Great shots though - one of my favourite parts of the world, around North Berwick.
