Jim,
there are a few not inconsequecial patches for this one. The last one (which ,akes a heal of a difference) is actually an upgrade to a new version (you have to pay for the upgrade) as altitude don't do the model any more and it goes buy some other name.

AVG has come in for much critisim of late for "missing" viruses. I'm a Trend man myself, but the latest tinking on here seems to be AVAST... certainly CB has had much praise for it.
