Peters Paints!

Post by DaveB »

EDIT: retitled as he keeps releasing the darned things

Hi Chaps,

Peter has let another Anson paint out into the wild.. G-AINZ of Straight Aviation Ltd/Weston Airways Ltd

For the FSAddons model, the paint is available at Allnodes ;)

One from last night.. PH788, No.84 Group Communication Squadron, seen as RAF Gaydon Station Flight in '58

Available at Allnodes.

I'll add more as they appear rather than keep making new posts ;)

$AU28 for the model is OK, but I have other commitments right now, thanks for the HU Dave.
So many paints available. Understandable seeing as it was everywhere for so long.

Yup.. I wish I had time to fly them all but it's better having too many paints than too few

Rui is knocking up a BEA scheme for it too

Just an update on my current project - creating new textures for the FCS Wellington. A large task as I have had to create a paintkit from scratch. I will also have to create bump and spec maps in order to overcome the 'wooden' texturing. Progress so far:

These will be very welcome as FCS default are imho a tad disappointing

A 'tad disappointing' is an understatement Alex. Nice to see this old girl getting some new clothes

Would've been nice if they could have modeled some of the fuselage stringers instead of texturing them. :(

Now that's perked me up ! The wood-grain textures looked very odd, so well done Peter, if you can get rid of them.
