Re: More props..
Ben..
Was the old style TNT colour the same as the new.. orange one? From the pictures I've seen, I honestly can't tell. Even shots of the new scheme show it as more red in some shots and orange in others

Old sailors never die.. they just smell that way!
Re: More props..
I'd need to check Dave, but I'm pretty sure the original TNT (as worn by G-TNTB) was different to the current bright orange. It was more of a.... Tomato and Mascarpone sauce colour That's the first thing that came to mind! I was actually on that aircraft in '87 and have photos somewhere, but where is the question.
Ben.

Re: More props..
Cheers Ben.. that confirms my suspicions. I'll try and seek out individual aircraft rather than do a block search for TNT. Even with this, I fear the JF paint won't be correct.. too many things don't line up already Dunno if it's a trick of the light or what but on the few shots I have of the old scheme.. the lower colour split starts what appears to be bang on the middle of the nose and runs aft in a straight line. In doing so.. it passes under the rear (big) cargo door. If I do this on the model.. it cuts through the bottom of the cargo door. One bloody line!! It should have been SO simple I'll dig deeper

That looks on the money to me mate, but my eyes are half asleep, so I'll look again in the morning.

TNT is spelled correctly, but beyond that...

Re: More props..
Cheers Ben
Here was I saying what a spiffing PK it had then I realised it's one of those 'full size' jobbies that need to be cut up to fit the model This could be one of the few paints I've done that I'm never likely to see 'in sim'
Trying to get a handle on where to cut it by looking at maps from other paints crashed DXTBmp so it doesn't look encouraging
