Oz Watching

Post by Paul K »

I've just reinstalled FS Add-Ons' rather excellent Hudson/Electra/Lodestar package ( all three bits of it ), and thought I'd quickly survey New South Wales by way of a test flight. And Dave B..if you are up there reading this - I actually got it trimmed for level flight!

Lovely Paul! I'm sure Dave is watching over us. I think I heard him groan when SimWorks Studios posted pics of their animated arrestor cables for their USS Midway add-on. *sigh*

Thanks for posting, Paul.
Fairly typical hazy air over NSW, it's quite (in fact, too) humid up there
That's a nice paint scheme.
I've often seen the camouflaged one at airshows here.

Cheers Mike :) I'm envious of you seeing 'Tojo Busters'; it's an aircraft I'd like to watch flying. The RAF Museum has a static one; an ex-Adastra aircraft as per livery above.

While on home leave from the RAF during the war, my mum was watching one flying over the Solway Firth when suddenly, for no apparent reason, it nose-dived into the sea, killing all on board. She never forgot the feeling of horror.
