Clench Common Video

Post by Nigel H-J »

Downloaded the free OBS Screen Recorder and just wanted to try it out and see how good it is, found that after making a recording you have to change the format to MP4 which is pretty easy to do within OBS.

Did a quick 7 minute video of one circuit at Clench Field but make sure that you play it in 1080 HD. Don't yet think I have got the OBS Recorder set up properly as some of the recording seems a bit out of focus, my Track IR was sticking a bit when turning my head so kept it to a minimum, roll on when I can get VR.

Final editing was done through Windows 10 video editor.

Thanks Nigel I enjoyed that.

Note the strategically placed trees and poles on finals!

Thanks Nigel,
Even better than the screen shot series!
I know that glass cockpits are the way things are, but I can't get away from analogue dials.

Thanks Nev and all who posted likes. That approach is not easy with the Robin as you have to literally just fly above that damned tree!! Found a video of Clench Common of a pilot landing a microlight on the same runway 33, if you go to 4 mins. 25secs you can see how much of a steep approach is required after the tree.
