I've just seen that Kai Tak (as it was in 1963) is available at Avsim (and probably others). This is the time the runway was just a protusion into Kowloon bay, before they filled most of it in. The filename is kaitak63.zip and it's by the same team that made kaitak98.
Wherever you go, there you are.
