It is a Partenavia Victor - somewhere in Texas in the late 90s I believe
the videos been around the web for a while - what made it
horrifying is the guys wife was doing the announcements on the original
video - not a nice thing at all - he apparently overstressed the thing on the first pass and when he unloaded the airframe the main spar failed.

The Partenavia P68 was not cleared for aerobatics and it was sheer lunacy to try, the result being bilateral main spar failure as we saw. The result of this was that for some years all P68s were limited to, I think, 130kts IAS because it was thought that it was not just a g related overload, but a combination of g and speed inducing some kind of flutter. AFAIK, the limitation has now been lifted
