Got it and installed it.

First impressions are the fps are up and the scenery on my system seems more stable.

I'm fairly new to P3D and have recently installed v5.1. I've tread the info on the website for v5.2 but cannot figure out whether to do a full install or just update the client, whatever that is. If I do a full install do I lose any of my mods and addons? Help!!

When you go to the downloads page you can either download the whole thing in one, or as separate parts, client, content and scenery. If you want to just update the client, download that then go into the Windows control panel and to the programs section. There you'll see p3d listed 4 times. You should see entries for p3d, p3d client, p3d content and p3d scenery. Simply just uninstall the client, then install the new over. That will update the client only. However, I'd recommend doing all three to ensure you're fully up to date. You don't normally loose any add-ons, but there may be some that need updating to work with 5.2.
Also, makes sure you clear out the shader cache.

There's a good guide to all this on the P3D forum
https://www.prepar3d.com/forum/viewtopi ... 2&t=120861
It's references version 4, but the procedure is the save for v5.
