I'm gonna have to go with DG on this one.. top centre. I've never been a big fan of 'light effect' on fsim gauges as all it tends to do is make em difficult to read ;-)

I agree with top centre as it shows the texture of the matt black paint better (a lot of the old gauges had that orange peel look to them to reduce glare) although bottom right is a close second as it gives a bit of highlight without biasing the lighting direction (which some of the others do).

I may be being a bit dim, but are these only used in daylight, with a different (non-reflective) version for night time use? Oh, agree with most of the above gents on which one :roll:

definitely top middle, I'm not a fan of light reflections on the actual bitmap but I do like the noise effect and subtle shading.

Thanks for asking too, I'm sure it will make customers happier if they're a bit involved =D
