The VC is making nice progress. Some shots of it were added yesterday to the thread.

Impressive looking model ;-)

Somehow I saw this comment coming, once I first lay my eyes on this thread ...

Pretty massive as well?

anyway, yes the paint job looks quite nice.

But I too must admit that I have other preferences ;-)

I've just had a look through the rules for this forum, and I hope I am not in contravention by posting these additional shots. Its just an aircraft I am so looking forward to, and can't resist showing more of it.

That is fine by me Paul, I had no idea what a stunning piece of kit this cat is until I saw those shots!

Just a shame it is not a Sunderland

Yep, Robdob, this is where Track IR is going to be essential. It'll really put you inside the cockpit ! :)

Err.. no it won't Paul. It'll have you sitting indoors infront of your pc (or outdoors with your pc if you prefer) wearing a hat (the preserve of women) with a bent bit of metal hanging off it looking like a right tw*t. It will NOT put you inside the cockpit ;-)

It's NOT real :cpu:

You're no fun at all, you! Actually, the 'bent bit of wire' is attached to the headband of my headphones, giving me more than a passing resemblance to Robbie the Robot from Fireball XL5. And how do you know I don't like wearing women's clothing anyway ????
