Cumbernauld Xtreme

I have been testing this and its superb, a small airport in between Glasgow and Edinburgh. I used Rick's Foxbat for a few circuits and its a great little airport to use. I would guess FSX users will love this as in FS9 it looks stunning, I love the runway edges and grass etc.
Gary is looking if there is a market for other little airports / airfields for the Xtreme treatment should there be a demand he will build them

Ordinarilly I wouldnt bother with a small GA strip, however ths one I'm deffinatly going to grab when I can. Had my first ever real world shot at the controls when I was 11 from this strip in G-DISO:

A first time for everything, the words superb and Cumbernauld appearing in the same discussion, never mind sentence. 8)

I hope you remembered to model the world famous breeding ground for traffic cones that passes for the local road system.

There is also a free demo so you can try before you buy, I think this is great in FS9 but if you have FSX and VFR scenery for the area it would look superb, not sure if any VFR scenery is available for that area though??

The Horizon VFR has been promising a full Scotland for years. If the decide to go for Hi-res like the 'Isles', it will probably cost over 100 quid to cover, which will be silly. I never fly north of the border now (I hate FSX UK default scenery) and would love to see the Highlands in VFR.
