Hi Mike :hello:

That has done it sir  The filament is off.. the effect is off and the client see's it off. Switch the filament on (with the lamp extended).. the effect is on AND the client see's it on

Excellent job and thanks once again for sticking with this :welldone:

Just a heads up on the landing light issue for prospective VA users..

I've received a 'VA full install' Heron set today from Mike covering all models. It is externally (and internally with the exception of the LL filament default position) identical to the original release and can be downloaded side by side to the original release should you desire. The installer is labelled 'VA' to differentiate it from the original and it has been produced specifically for VA users. I've done four 'live' flights with it using both the Srs1 and Srs2 main models and it works perfectly.. no erroneous messages from the FSA Client and lights on/off as they should be. As soon as Dale has tested it too.. it'll be made available to the general public. Oh.. and the VA set contains the 'correct' colour BEAFJ paint too

I have to say that I'm terribly impressed with the level of support received from Mike at Flight Replicas. He tells me that there have been numerous enquiries regarding a Dove too.. aint that the general public we know and love  If a Dove does come.. it will be at least 12months in the making due to other projects already on the go. Fingers crossed hey

I've now heard back from Dale, and all finally appears ok. As such, the VA edition will be available very soon. I'll make an announcement here, or start a new thread which may be easier for all to notice (or do both!).

Mike

Just a note to let everyone know that the VA Edition of the Heron is now available.

You only need this if your VA client is reading the landing light in reverse. Otherwise the package is exactly the same as the original download.

To obtain the VA Edition, just drop us a line at [email protected], with your original purchase information, and you will be sent a download link along with instructions.

The VA Edition will not be available for purchase from the website or other vendors.

Thanks!

Work on what mate.. FSAirlines or the Heron?

SP2 is a free update (the last) and if you don't intend getting ACC.. SP2 is worth the download time
