Carenado via Just Flight sale

Post by Airspeed »

Couldn't pass this up, as I have a few good quality GA in the hangar.
Bought the PA34 Seneca V, PA31 Navajo, B200 King Air, for $US11.99 each.
They have heaps to buy, some 50% off, 70% off.

I picked up the Hawker 850XP, hoping to do some retro Dominie schemes for it, but the mapping is just god damn awful. 8)

Dave,
Is "mapping" the bmp layout sheet?

Yes. I don't think they could have made it any worse. I've binned it now.

Now you've got me worried, I planned to repaint the 3 twins to suit Moorabbin. :worried:

I tried painting their V-tail Bonanza, and it also has that mapping problem, so I gave up in the end. However, I do like the Carenado and Alabeo ranges. If you're ever in a mood for something new but can't decide what, a browse through their catalogues will provide you with some inspiration.

Picked up a couple of crop sprayers today; Piper Pawnee Brave, and C188 Agtruck.
They have the spray looking so much better than the old PZL Dromader model!
