Firing up FSX on my laptop yesterday it announced that it was doing an update.
Wondering what that could be I did notice that it now proclaims itself to be a Microsoft product instead of from the bunch who were steaming it before.
With my memory I have forgotten already who they were!
Is it just me or has this just happened over the last few days?
Now we just have to wait to see if FSX disappears from sale when the 2020 Flight Simulator comes out to "encourage" take-up for the shiny new product.
Not having Win10, a fibre web link, or a mega PC my enthusiasm is well controlled for the future product. Before anyone makes comments about needing Cray super-computers, your mobile phone is probably more powerful than Crays were back in the day!
Cheers,
Allan

Re: Back to Who Knows Where
Don't know about updates, Allan, must have been a Steam thing.
I tried to buy a genuine copy of FSX after I damaged my disc last year, I had no luck finding anyone selling.
I was eventually helped out by a supplier, but it was a complex process.
