Has anyone tried any of the Virtavia range in MSFS ? I'm thinking particularly of the Lincoln, and the B-29's internal model.
I've just tried both of these. As a straight portover, neither had working gauges and were completely unflyable. Using the legacy importer I was able to get most of the gauges working in the B29, but only a few in the Lincoln. Both remained unflyable. They also looked rather bland as the bump and spec maps don't work.
I'm sure most problems could be overcome with some work, but personally, I don't think it's worth the effort.

Thanks for that Dave - a bit disappointing but nothing to be done, I suppose. :(

I was just going to say that. Says it installs through pmdg ops centre so shouldn't muck things up

There's also a nice BOAC paint there, although the real aircraft was a DC7, rather than a 6.

The number of repaints available for the DC-6 is phenomenal, considering it hasn't been out all that long. I wonder if someone will do a what-if RAF Transport Command one.
