Came across this but have not been able to download from the public library, these are static models but the author does not state whether or not they are compatible with Orbx or if they are just for the FSX default scenery. Hopefully it will still be on page 2 (scroll down) otherwise you might have to search other pages.

I think they're just an object library for you to place yourself, and not scenery in its own right.
