Another Free Flight Planner Available

Post by Nigel H-J »

Went to see what is new at Avsim and came across this free flight planner, by all accounts it appears to be very good and is still undergoing improvement.
Scroll Down and look for Little Navmap also would suggest downloading LittleNavConnect which should be above Little Navmap.

I posted about that a couple of weeks ago, but no one seemed to notice.
It's a nice little program & shows lots of potential. The dev seems very responsive to feedback.

Oooops, sorry Dave had missed your post, still hopefully between both of us some-one will now sit up and take notice. 8)

I managed to download this software from the library on Monday and tried it out and I really like it as there is a lot more information on it than I thought such as approaches listed for busy hub airports as Birmingham Heathrow etc.

This is the first flight planner that I have tried that does not need to connect to the internet for mapping and has maps already installed so I find this a bonus for me as with other freeware ones I could not use as I have no internet.

Still finding my way round this but can honestly say that this product is well worth having.

Nigel.
