I'm Bored.

Bored, bored, bored. The lawn doesn't need mowing, and it's too early to start drinkin'. *sigh*

Hey, I wonder if Paul K's Renault Laguna will fit in this airplane? *-) ;)

So you can launch it out the back, sans parachutes, from 3000 ft ? Oh, I'm sure we can squeeze it in somehow.

Well, it'd probably make a better boat than a car. It already steers like one. 8)

Brian, that's sparked my interest in the Breguet Deux 761 / 763 / 765 ( not sure which one you have there - the 765 Sahara ? ) There is one in France that's being slowly restored.

I like the Breguet Deux Ponts, strangely fascinating
I had one back in the old days, done by a pen pal (Richard Osborne) in South Wales.
....and a Noratlas, and a Fairchild C82 & a C115..oh shut up granddad! 8)

Air France used to run a late-night freight service into Heathrow with a Deux Ponts. One night in the late-60s I was on duty in the tower when one - presumably loaded to the gunwales with freight - called for clearance. On being asked on behalf of London Airways (as it then was) if he could be level at FL60 by Foxtrot Charlie (an old reporting point on the French coast), the indignant reply in a wonderful French accent was, "What do you think I'm flying 'ere - a fighter?"

Ahh, the good old days! :poke:
