Problem solved!!
Deleted all references to FS client as advised (used "Search" facility).
It was the "Protection against Viruses and Spyware" part of Trend that was the problem. I turned this off and the client loaded.
A new icon "fsairlines configuration settings" appeared in the "Client" folder I had created.
Turned on "Protection against V & S" in Trend.
Tried to load Client again - it worked!
Have flown route as far as "Climb" status - all OK.
Aborted flight, 'cos I don't have time just now.
Thanks to all for your advice/help.

Not sure if this relates to my previous problem, but having flown from LEZL to EGGB, I now find I am back at LEZL! Wouldn't mind but its going to be 28 degrees here today. Much too hot for me!
Do I have to fly it again?

Hi Johhny,

Not sure if this helps or not, but the first time I used this client I completely missed the end flight button and just exited the program. I was so used to the client ending everything for me. After parking brakes are on, you'll get a penalty otherwise, you need to hit the end flight button twice. The first time brings up the comment box, the second time ends the flight properly. The FSA website has been slow so the client may not have been able to upload the flight immediately. If the flight was recorded correctly by the client then it should still be on your system with the client. Try opening the client again and you may now have the option to upload.

Regards

John

Sadly, no sign of it. Says "book a flight". Ah well, I enjoyed a day in the Sun!

Not sure if this is The Client or not, but Fleet Status has me as flying - since the 8th October! I landed at Heathrow today, from Manchester.

I am doing my 1-11 TR's. Just completed the first EGCC-EGPF. No 1-11 flights shown when I went to book return leg. Has shown I have made outward flight.

Hi Simon..

Is that trip a round-robin?? I know that some flights aren't 'there and back' and this may be one such flight
