FSA Forum

Post by TSR2 »

Hi Chaps, I've tried to register on the FSA forum a couple of times now and the activation email doesn't come through (I've checked my junk email too.) I'm registering with username of XR219 and benATtsr-2DOTcoDOTuk email address, which is the same as the one I use with the client. Can someone check with the FSA forum mods and see if they can fix it for me?

Cheers Ben

Hi guys,

Does anyone have an email address for the FSA lot so I can get my forum login working again. I can't find anyway to contact them unless you can logon to teh forum, and I can't. :(

Hi Ben
Partly out of curiosity and partly to try and find an email address for you I have tried logging on the the FSA forum and seem to have a similar problem Tried the log on and email stored on fsa profile but wont work Able to log on to the client ok Cant see if I'd used a different log on for the forum Thought the same logon did both?? :worried:

Hello Mate :hello:

I forgot all about this. I DID actually go and check the forums were ok after I read it and I get in fine using the same username/password I use at the flight centre. Not sure why you can't get into the forum *-) I take it you can still get in to book flights e t c?

EDIT: I've just tried getting in at the homepage http://www.fsairlines.net/ and clicked on forums without logging in and got in. I can't get into the flight centre without logging in :dunno:

Hi Dave,

Yep, I can log into the flight centre no problem, but I cant log into the forum to post. It says to contact the administrators but there is no way to contact them without logging in *-)

Ben..

If you login as normal and go to the overview page.. there's a 'Quick Links' pane at the top RH (or thereabouts) of the page. Have you tried clicking on 'Support' and raising a ticket? I can't find any quicker way to get to the admins :dunno: I can try raising the issue on the forums (if I can find the correct place to put it) if you like but it won't be any faster than you raising a support ticket.. I doubt.
