Hi Guys.
Does anyone know how the promotion thing works in Flynet... i.e. how does one progress from Flight Officer to Captain etc. Is it baised on type?

Rick I meant he had control over what number of hours caused the next promotion. The promotion itself is an automatic function, but I believe that Konny gave each VA the ability to decide how many hours or miles would be required to get each promotion. If this isn't the case, then it will be as it's on Konny's "to do" list.

I read somewhere on the FlyNet forum that it's your number of flights multiplied by your average pilot rating percentage (so if you keep crashing you won't get promoted very fast which seems fair!) and you get promoted to the next rank up at 10 then at 25 etc.
So I need to get back in the cockpit for another flight..
