Database Mismatch

GAPEY (VC8) is shown on CBFS as being based at Leeds (EGNM) so I flew it there and did a couple of round trips from there.
However it seems to be listed on FSA as being based at Glasgow (EGPF) which is where it was prior to me moving it to Leeds.
There is another Glasgow based Viscount (GAOJB) but it is currently in Aberdeen, been there since 24/9, although it does seem sensible to have one at Aberdeen since all the TR flights go from there.
Any thoughts on the reason for the database mismatch and where we should really keep EY?
