Delivering one of our King Air's from Alice Springs Australia. Not going to do anything fancy with the images except resize them a little so they are smaller.

Here is the first leg, no packages at YBAS so the first destination is YAYE/Ayers Rock 180 nm away.

I have not yet decided if I should go north east through Japan and North America or West through India, West would be quicker but I have been tempted to checkout the new Japan scenery in MSFS. So I need to work out the route before I go any further.

Western Route

Leg 3, Darwin/YPDN to Ujung Pandang/WAAA 804 nm

Taking the Japan/Canada route, last year I did Melbourne to Biggin Hill in a tiger moth pretty much along the same India route I had worked out so across Canada will be something different.

I should have done some screen shots in Darwin but forgot to start doing that until I was already at cruise altitude of FL250. The third image has what I first though might be a crashed aircraft but I think its just an aircraft whose image was captured on take off (note its shadow).

I had to stop outside the 'box' they defined because that truck would not move out of the way.

Fourth leg was supposed to be Ujung Pandang/WAAA to Manila/RPLL 1180 nm, this was to be the longest leg I had planned but on my first attempt I though I had just enough fuel to make it but failed to take into account the unusable fuel and ran out within sight of the city of Manila, aborted and tried again, this time trying to be more fuel efficent, but on calculating my fuel usage/range it still looked like it would be close, so I diverted to San Jose/RPUH 1051nm.

Then did the next hop to Manila/RPLL now only 129 nm

Oh sure I could have reduced my payload, and did a little, dropping the generic cargo, but with 4 first class pax and 4 x 200kg priority packages did not want to give up the revenue.
