Classic British Flight Sim

I thought I'd create a new thread for this to stop it getting lost.

I've downloaded, unzipped Better Pushback, and dropped the folder into resources/plugins, as seen below:





The contents of Better Pushback are as below:




The problem is that the plug-in isn't showing in the sim, either in the Plug-in drop-down menu, or in the Plug-in enable window. Avitab is there in both, but no sign of BPb, as seen below:



Any idea what's gone wrong, chaps ? I've searched for the problem, but most of the queries are about BPb not working. I can't find anything about it not appearing at all in the sim.

I thought it looked a bit odd compared to mine. I believe you've downloaded the source code etc for it.

Go to the Better Pushback page and underneath the latest release it says Assets. Click that then click BetterPushback.zip.

That's the file you need.

Spot on, CB - looked under Assets and there it was, I've just installed it and it works perfectly now. Thanks very much for your help, much appreciated.

Just saw your post Paul and pleased to hear that you have got it sorted and working. Don't forget to add Chris as an X-Plane Guru to your list either!!

I'll do that. Once Better Pushback appeared, I was quite surprised at just how easy it is to use. I tried it with the Aerobask Robin, and got it right first time! Excellent stuff. Now to download and install that enhancement for the default B58 Baron.

I must say I'm finding XP very enjoyable so far.
