Steve, just one more question. When plugging the earphones into the Headset will I still be able to use the microphone as well so that I can talk on-line and also use Pilot2ATC?

Many thanks in advance.

Regards
Nigel.

Hi Nigel

Not sure as I haven't used a mic but Rift S has its own built in mic so that should continue to work.

Took me a long time to think about this but now I am getting the Oculus Rift 'S' tomorrow.

Had been holding off as thought the Oculus Quest with hand tracking might show up soon but there have been some comments regarding this in that it is firstly going in beta mode and will require coding in some platforms for it to be used. Have waited for some time whilst reading reviews on current VR's and came to the conclusion that you can wait for ages before one comes out that can be described a brilliantly perfect in every way.

Really looking forward to trying it out tomorrow and just hope I am not disappointed! :worried: :lol: :lol:

Nigel.

BC = Before Christ
AD = Anno Domini

BVR = Before Virtual Reality
AVR = After Virtual Reality

As of tomorrow you start your first year After Virtual Reality
Therefore 0AVR

;)
