Without trying to prove anything, I extracted the following from the Flightsim freeware lists:
New files uploaded, 30 days Nov-Dec
2018 | XPLANE 87 | P3D 7 | FSX 285 |
2019 | XPLANE 65 | P3D 10 | FSX 132 |
True, there could easily be a bias, having only checked out the one site.
However you look at it, there certainly seems to be plenty of ongoing activity in our hobby.
