But thats not a performace thing, thats just how many RAM slots the board has. Some have 2, some 3, some 4 and the list goes on.
A bird in the hand will probably sh!t on your wrist.

Depends on what cpu youre running too. Athlon XP's didnt really gain much by running dual channel.
And IIRC it was only the socket 939 A64 of the AMD range that utilised dual channel memory properly?
Error 482: Somebody shot the server with a 12 gauge.

Thats right. Thats why the S754 chips were 200Mhz faster than the S939 chips with the same model number.
