Milton Shupe over at the sim outhouse has produced a FSX/P3D compatible version of HMS Victory. Most certainly a British Classic. You can read about it here:

I tried it out in P3D v4 and it does work, although not above 2x acceleration, which for a sailing ship that can probably do 6 kn you have to be pretty patient to get anywhere in it.

Hi Joe,
I bet it doesn't come with an albatross or seagull, so you can do a period fly-by.
*-) now, ORBX have a few animated birds.....
