Hi Tom, thanks. I'm using FSX+Acc. (that is RTM-SP1+SP2) the whole shebang.

I only have some minor issues with the excludes (water where there shouldn't be and land the same) ... but nothing a bit of tampering could fix.. just don't have the time right now!

Hi Dan,

Thanks - I know I've asked that before but I can never remember. :)

That's what I understand from others too - it's the ground polygons that would need to be redone.

Just begun fiddling with it again with the newest version of Jon Mastersons (Scruffyduck) magnificent ADE 1.30

It has now included excludes etc. a real gem! Better and more intuitive than AFCAD ever was!

I'll let you now how I progress.

I've just gone back and read the thread right through and it doesn't look like a wind-up! For those that haven't clicked the link, it takes you to a thread with some screenshots of a NEW payware version of KaiTak that the guy has been building for 14 months. It's unbelievably realistic and there are screenshots for both FS9 and FSX. Whatever it takes - I have to have it!

Thanks, Dan. I had a feeling that Retro AI might require the dedication of a nun. So, not for me then

Although I'd prefer to be surrounded by 70s jets, I've grown to love the WoAI modern stuff as it's so realistic and easy and there's so much of it. At least I've got a few Maltby AI VC10s flying into KaiTak on my own flight plans. Thanks very much for the info and well done for your patience in getting your AI to be authentic! You put me to shame
Keep an eye on Retro AI..Kris is just now updating all the files and revamping the look..I believe he is also going to streamline finding the aircraft...don't quote me, but I believe via direct link.
If I had anything witty or profound to say, it would be here....
