Transparent VC in the Maltby models...

Post by TSR2 »

Hi guys,

Ant is having a problem with DM's models and I've no idea why. He's using them in FSX (as am I) but he's seeing transparent VC (see pics below) I suspect is some sort of graphic card problem, buut these are the only models he's having the problem with. Any ideas?

I bet if he went into Settings under the Aircraft tab and set the slider all the way back under 3d transparency or 2d....whatever it is...then it will be solved... :cpu:

Copy the files that are suppose to be placed into the FS9 Texture folder, into the aircraft texture folder or folders.
I have the BAC1-11 the Comet IV and the Trident all in FSX and they work just fine.

Dan has it... I'm sure this is DX10 preview mode! The files were copied from my machine and have all the texture.cfg files in the correct place, so it has to be something to do with config.

Ant, can you try switching off DX10 mode in FSX please?
