Oh good grief. Still a fantastic aircraft. Here's another lovely repaint just released at Sim Outhouse. No. 242 Operational Conversion Unit, RAF Dishforth, North Yorkshire, circa 1960...when I was but a twinkle in my Dad's eyes.

Re: HU! Fsx Blackburn Beverley
I thought the unit number was familiar, Brian, and a quick Google revealed that 242 OCU moved from Dishforth to RAF Thorney Island the following year. Thorney was just a few miles east of where I grew up and Beverlys, Hastings and Argosys (Argosies?) regularly droned over my house during circuit bashing.
Late 1962 was the first time I left the surface of the planet courtesy of a 242 OCU Hastings - Telstar by the Tornados was constantly blaring out in the Airmen's Mess where we had lunch and, to this day, it reminds me of that first flight whenever I hear it. It was followed later by trips in a 242 Argosy but, sadly, I never got a ride in one of their Beverlys although I did get to look around one
My home simming these days is restricted to testing out things before I introduce them to the simulators at Tangmere but, for old times sake, I think I might make an exception and download the Beverly - and that 242 scheme.

Believe it or not, I watched one win an air race at Dishforth in 1959.
