1-11 GPS

Post by NeilC »

Could anyone tell me how to get the autopilot to follow the GPS

I select the green GPS on the bottom of the radio panel and then switch the Autopilot to VOR/LOC, but it does not follow the GPS signal.

It is probably bleedin obvious and I apologise in advance for wasting your time

Thanks

Neil

It is obvious Neil, but at the moment I can't bring it to mind. Once you get the correct answer I will go AAAhhhhhhhhhhhh. I have done it before, but my mind is blank. Rest assured it can be done though!

You need to toggle the Nav/GPS switch, which is on the bottom of the radio stack.

I have already tried Nav/GPS switch.

What mode does the Autopilot need to be on?

Thanks,

Neil

Ah, I shall try again.

I am sure I did that, but it didn't follow the correct track.

Thanks to everyone.
