Nah, John's recovering quickly, I think he'll have them banged out faster than that. They did say they would probably move to FSX pretty soon (even with the initially mediocre reviews) because it will allow for John to do the exterior modelling and someone else to do the VCs separately and not be dependent on each other so John doesn't need to feel any hurry to finish his part. I was speaking with their sound guy and he really wants FSX because of the new sound system that allows them to make much more high quality sounds for the aircraft especially since the Connies sound completely different when standing in front of the plane compared to standing behind it.

Thanks for thinking of us Dave - Im curious could you lift the audio portion from the file?
I honestly don't know mate. I would presume so but all this editing stuff is new to me as is the digicam. I'd only got it 2 days before the shoot  I'll certainly look into it anyway

Sri this is dragging the thread OT guys :worried:

Whats Missing in FS2004

Leif

I have a flying Gmax testbed of York. We are mod-ing the freeware Alphasim York panel. With luck another 2/3 weeks and it will be out. Mark IV autopilot could be a prob. Perhaps someone has data for it, and how it worked. Bit stuck for room on the panel so some switches and gauges will have to go.

Will be two versions of Merlin, the 22 and 24 in RAF and Civvy form.

Am trying to persuade Manfred (our Gmax man) to do a Proteus engine that can be loaded/unloaded onto a York; flown out to Entebbe so that a Britannia can continue its journey.

So any painters who have a colour scheme for Hunting Clan Airwork who did most of this work can get their brushes out.

For me it would have to be a Belfast closely followed by the Britannia. If we are talking none British then I am also itching for a decent Tu-134! :-#
