Wanted! Westland Wasp Drawings

Post by Rick Piper »

Hi Guys

I am looking for some detailed Westland Wasp/Scout drawings

Ideally the Aeroplane mag ones in 1/72 by Alan Hall

One of the guys at the SOH was making one (Michael) but it seems to have paused indef

If i get the Drawings and they are good enough i will endeavour to make a good FSX freeware Wasp as i have not seen one since the Alphasim FS2002 one that they never fixed for FS9

Regards
Rick

Hi Garry

Nice find mate (not been on that one for years) lost link

Would prefer the Alan Hall drawings as they are more accurate but this will not be impossible to build from ;)

Rick

UKMIL have made both the wasp and scout for FS9/FSX. It's in downloads area 1, freeware rotary models.

Rick,

I don't have any three-views (which is why my wasp never really got anywhere) but I did take some external and internal photos of one of the ones parked at Sultan last year if you're interested?
