Seems to be going out the door quite well, I'm pleased to see.
The lack of a compass pop-up window in the 2-D panel could be seen as an error on my part (true, :$ ). The directional gyro, of course, is there provided you have good eyesight to read the tiny numbers. In such cases I use Shift-Z to bring up the flight information at the top of the screen and watch the heading there.
Cheers :xsmile:

Gents....I must admit that I'm the same...read the instructions after the engine has blown up & youve lost the flaps & undercart!!!!
Just as well its only a Sim & one can (hopefully) walk away from the ensuing pile of rubbish. Now I wonder if thats the reason most kids lose their lives in cars???
As for the pop up compass - you could copy it from one of Daves previous a/c in the panel file, not forgetting to place the gauge bits in the expanded .cab file...e.g. Balliol?

Keith,
Most definitely! We would all be somewhat more cautious if contemplating a real flight. I remember one of my flights was deferred because the instructor talked for so long, it was going to be dark by the time we returned to Moorabbin.
Your comment about kids reminded me of a sketch on TV when the Army recruits were asking where they go for re-spawning after they get shot. *-)

It should be available at Britsim Darren but I've just got some ridiculous pharmacy page pop up when I tried there 8) It IS available at Flightsim.com though. Just type Fairey Fulmar into the search engine and it'll show along with a host of paints for it by Peter Watkins ;)

That's odd Graham. I don't have a direct link for it on the laptop so I punched in 'Britsim' and picked one of the links then got 'oops.. did you mean 'something or other' pharmacy? (can't remember exactly what the site name was 8)

Having typed 'Britsim' into Google, the top entry gave me lots of choices including a pharmacy - wrong !. When however I chose the next entry down staring with 'www.britsim.com' then all was well, leading me to 'our' Britsim.
BTW for the gent who asks plaintively 'when was it launched' referring to my Fulmar, the answer is 'just before Christmas last'.
Cheers
