She’s never looked so good Dave, really looking well. How’s the FD?

Shite at the moment! I haven't plumbed in all the data yet, so it's a bit of a combination between the Rapide and the default DA62. :hide:

A Rapide with DA62 performance sounds very marketable

I was prating about with photo scenery until 4:30 this morning, so I’ve had a full day off.

The flight sim world owes you chaps a huge round of applause.
Your ability to delve into this stuff, sort it, and produce the goods is admirable, and your work appreciated.
For me, just reading what you're going through puts my head in a spin. :dunno:
As said in preceding posts, it's good to see some of the old names back here.
To all of you:    :welldone: :welldone: :welldone:
Keep up the fantastic work; if there was a hero smiley here, I'd add that.
My humble thanks to every one of you developers.

I would also like to add my thanks even though I do not as yet own MS2020 but this is another incentive as to fly these brilliant aircraft once again will make me very, very happy indeed.

Cannot imagine the amount of work you guys are doing as I for one, would very quickly lose myself trying to understand how MSFS SDK works.

I just hope that when I do have MS2020 aircraft such as the Trident Comet HS748 will be there waiting for me to step into the cockpit! That is, if there are any plans to update them.

Just out of curiosity, will the aircraft that you are updating actually handle the way MS2020 designed the platform or would there be some differences between the aerodynamics of their default aircraft and those of CBFS?

Regards
Nigel.

I can't speak for anyone else, but I'm intending that my models will use the new aerodynamics, although I haven't started looking at that yet!
At the moment progress is very much one step forward and two steps back. Lots of :wall: The SDK is missing quite a bit, and what it does have regarding modelling is aimed at 3DS Max, rather than Blender, so many things are still trial and error (mostly error).
We'll get there, just don't expect it too soon. :)

May I also add my appreciation of all you freeware midnight-oil burners. Pictures like this really bring home what we get for free. Beautiful work so far, DG.

Slow progress, but getting there. Some of my SketchUp models just don't want to play ball (admittedly they were done 6 years ago)and I think I've undoubtedly made mistakes in them which the importer for blender doesn't like, so I'm going to have to do those one from scratch.
