What height is this airliner flying at?

51° 42'01.58" N
0° 08'13.97" W

I have become, comfortably numb.

If you think that's low, have a look here:-

41°51'7.47"N
121°28'42.92"W

There's also something of interest here:-

52°20'10.62"N
0°11'44.23"W
Wherever you go, there you are.

Going off subject for a while, just downloaded Google Earth and flew overhead Lincoln!!

From what I can make out the photograph was taken a few years ago (Before Flaxengate car park was removed in favour of a building that is nearly completed) in the morning after 09.00 but before 10.30 and on a weekday.

Any-one better that??

If you look at Warton airfield, up on the Civil ramp is a set of ATC Vigilant gliders. Vigi's normally fly from samlesbury, and visit Warton once or twice year maybe? So just perhaps, I was there that day?

Here's a Dash-8 (or is it an ATR-72?) that just took off from EKCH, you can see the shadow on the ground as well:

Here

These aren't that difficult to find in the vicinity of any airport with regular traffic....
